Hi we visited your branch at Southgate value mart. Both the assistants were very helpful and friendly. They explained the differences between the mattresses. Unfortunately the style we wanted was only available online so we walked out of the store disappointed that we couldn't purchase from them. We would have wanted to purchase from them just based on the good service received from them. After a very long time we came across shop assistants happy to help customers and answer all questions. Thank you
