$2 monster tacos every Wednesday might be one of the craziest food deals in El Paso right now.
Malolam just reopened, and they are bringing back more than the nightlife people remember. Monday through Thursday, they have a different food special running all the way until 9 PM.
Mondays are $4 burritos. Tuesdays are wings. Wednesdays are $2 tacos. Thursdays are tortas.
And these are not tiny tacos either.
The Malo Taco is the nostalgic one that has been around for years, the beef chile relleno taco has an actual chile sitting inside it, and the shrimp taco was packed enough that calling these “monster tacos” makes sense.
Six tacos came out to $12.
If you only remember Malolam as a nightlife spot, it might be time to go back hungry.
