Seeing myself like this gives me tears in my eyes 🥹❤️
I see a happy, proud woman who absolutely loves what she‘s doing. And I didn’t see that for 20 years when I lined up for a race. Because every line up would always feel like I was walking towards my execution.
Feeling excited, happy and confident the way I did today means more to me than I could ever explain.
The atmosphere I got to race today was out of this world.
I was smiling throughout the first part of the race because I felt so good & that there‘s no better feeling than racing like that. It finally felt the way it should feel I guess.

It was the first time that @alexander.roncevic & I lined up at an Elite 15 race which felt special too. He told me before the race: be brave & dare to take risks. I did that today & it felt right! Especially with the attitude towards a race like this.

The sleds gave me a hard time today & it took me way too long to recover from that to make that jump into the top 10 but I have no regrets.
3 starts at the Elite 15 so far & 3x 13th place 😂. I always improved & got faster but so does the competition 😉 every year it just gets faster & tighter! Well done girls!

I‘ll carry that happiness into training now. What I‘ve found today is worth gold for me! See you at training, way to go, but we all know: nothing worth having comes easy. 😉 and I want to carry that awesome feeling of my race longer and longer and longer ❤️

Thank you for your support! Actually these days are quite overwhelming! And another reason for me why I want to do better next time! ❤️

✌️💗
