Butternut squash mac n’ cheese! I know I talk about it every year but it’s good enough to keep on the menu every year. This year’s version is with @wholefoods, who always have the squash I need (and more?? Honeynut, koginut, delicata - I saw so many varieties!!)

This recipe is mindless, riffable and full of good cheese pulls, plus cheaper and you can freeze it yourself! But who am I to name names….

Find all the ingredients on my site and get them at your nearest Whole Foods, and thank you to them for being this video’s #sponsor

My last Chemotherapy session is tomorrow and I don’t really know how to feel about it.

I get a scan 6 weeks after to see if all the cancer is gone, which is looking very positive, followed by 6 months of recovery before my immune system is back to normal.

So guys…. I went on a date lol AND WE RANDOMLY SHOWED UP MATCHING😍😍😍😍😍. Okay, so I did already know shorty but only because we had mutual friends (I also misspoke, we still do have a mutual friend). We went to @halidomeatery and I don’t think them people were ready for us 🤣🤣🤣 a time was truly had. Being transparent, most of my friendships (even the really long term ones) ended last year for one reason or another (it was necessary and not all bad). It has been important to me this year to build a community and friend group more in alignment with who I am now and who I want to become. Yalllllll I’m off to a good start 🤗🤗🤗🤗 10/10 experience.
