As an upcoming coach, my mission is bigger than wins, losses, trophies, or highlights. I want to uplift the youth, build confidence, teach discipline, and help young athletes understand the value of hard work, accountability, and believing in themselves.

Sports are just the vehicle. The real goal is developing young people who know how to handle adversity, lead with character, respect others, and keep pushing when life gets tough.

If they become great athletes, I’ll be proud. But if they become great people, then I know I did my job.
