I’m not just coaching the gameβ€”I’m coaching life. πŸ€πŸ’― As an upcoming coach, my mission is bigger than wins, losses, trophies, or highlights. I want to uplift the youth, build confidence, teach discipline, and help young athletes understand the value of hard work, accountability, and believing in themselves. Sports are just the vehicle. The real goal is developing young people who know how to handle adversity, lead with character, respect others, and keep pushing when life gets tough. If they become great athletes, I’ll be proud. But if they become great people, then I know I did my job. More Than A Coach. More Than A Game. Building The Next Generation. πŸ€πŸŒ± by @trainwithiso

🚨 6TH GRADE MATCHUP NIGHTMARE! πŸ˜€πŸ€ Frankie is hands down one of the BEST 6th graders I get the opportunity to work with! πŸ’ŽπŸ”₯ Today was all about adding more tools to her bag! We worked on sharpening her hesitation, learning the hip swivel, and developing counters and setups to keep defenders guessing! 🧠πŸ’ͺ With her height, size, and skill set, Frankie is already a PROBLEM! She’s constantly playing up against older competition and STILL finding ways to dominate! πŸ‘€ But we’re not just teaching moves… WE’RE TEACHING HOW TO PLAY THE GAME! She’s only in the 6th grade, and the scary part is we’re just getting started! πŸ“ˆ THE WORK WILL ALWAYS SHOW! 🎯 by @trainwithiso
