Yesterday, on November 1st, heaven gained another saint — my dear Nonno Dr. Biagio Lombardi at the age of 100.5 🪽❤️

I don’t have the words yet to articulate how profoundly he impacted my life but if you know me or have seen any of my content with him the past you may have an idea of how important he was to my family and me. He was truly such a special person and anyone who met him would say the same. Although this came at a rather unexpected time, we shared a beautiful final meal together Friday, he was lucid until the end, and it happened very quickly & peacefully.

I find comfort in knowing he is finally back with the love of his life, my Nonna Pompea, eternally at peace.

#comedy #tv @netflix I improv’d the line at the end of the scene. 😉

Karl Bushby, a British adventurer who walked around the world for almost three decades, finished his 31,000-mile journey in front of hundreds of cheering supporters waiting for him at the house where he grew up.

The 57-year-old hacked through Central American jungles, crossed the ice between Alaska and Russia, and last month swam across the English Channel on the final stretch of a voyage made entirely under his own steam.

🌻 SMALL TOWN GIRL. BIG CITY DREAMS! ❤️

Born with small-town roots in Kansas, but BIG dreams that were never going to fit inside those small-town limits! 💃🏼✨

I’ve always had a little wanderlust, a whole lot of ambition, and a heart that wanted to FLY! 🦋

I love living BIG, dreaming BIGGER, and chasing everything this beautiful life has to offer!

But here’s one thing that will NEVER change… no matter how far I fly or how high I soar, I’ll always be that small-town Kansas girl at heart! ❤️

Big dreams. Humble roots. A whole lot of SMILES! 😁

Are you a small-town soul or a big-city dreamer? Or maybe a little of BOTH, like me? 💋
