Stage photos 📸🦋🫐 2nd place novice A 3rd place true novice 3rd place open division 13 weeks of prep, 13 weeks of hard work, dedication, discipline, early mornings, challenging workouts, and pushing myself further than I ever thought I could. This journey has taught me so much about myself—not just physically, but mentally. There were definitely hard days, but God gave me the strength to keep going and reminded me to keep pushing. So proud of how far I’ve come and so grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way. I can’t wait to see what the future brings for bodybuilding. Thank you, @fit_for_excellence for helping me with my meal plans and guiding me toward positive changes. You also helped me improve the way I spoke to myself and shift my mindset. Your support taught me to be more patient, compassionate, and positive with myself, especially on the difficult days. I truly appreciate your guidance, encouragement, and everything you did to support me throughout this journey. A huge thank you to my posing coach @dominiquegomes82 for helping me feel confident and comfortable on stage. Thank you for pushing me to step outside of my comfort zone and enter more classes—I’m so glad I listened to you and did it! Your guidance, encouragement, and support made such a difference throughout this journey, and I’m so grateful to have had you by my side for my first show.
🙏🏼 ملیحه فریدفر نویسنده و تهیه‌کننده فیلم مستقل «پَسین ژانویه»⁩ ‪‪@nikkarimi‬‪@mehdi.sodagaran‬an‬an⁩⁩
