our summer lunch MVP: the tomato 🍅

with arguably the most versatile veg in existence, we decided to keep it simple and recreate @levaduradeolla‘s world famous tomato salad, inspired by rav’s time in oaxaca.

on a hot summer’s day, this dish is as refreshing to eat as it is beautiful to serve. and with tomato season stretching later and later into the year (for reasons we can’t entirely celebrate) we had to give it one more moment in the spotlight.
