my 6th life day 🩷 my admiration goes out there to everyone else that has a story like this & preserves regardless. as long as you’re breathing, there’s time to rewrite your life story. Keep going 🙏🔥 #wheelchair #paralyzed #spinalcordinjury #disability #motivation
Hope everyone’s day is going amazing ❤️🙏🔥🤠🤠🤠

1. Pick one task a day and deliberately do the lowest-effort version of it, you'd be surprised how often that's enough. 2. Say no by default to anything optional for the next months. 3. Go through tomorrow’s meetings or projects at the end of each day and decline the ones you’re not actually needed in. Ask for notes/recordings instead. 4. Every morning decide what you’ll drop if the day goes badly, and then actually drop it. 5. At the end of the day, write down the one thing that went okay, when you’re burnt out you sometimes can’t remember them. 6. Every day, finish one thing completely, even a tiny one, so you’re not leaving a trail of half-done stuff. Bonus: Tell a friend or trusted colleague how you’re actually doing once a week. I made an app called Keel for exactly this. You rate your workday and tick off the habits you got through that day. It helps you do the things you know you should and after a few weeks you can see which habits have the biggest impact on your work life. Comment KEEL and I’ll send you the link to try the app 🩷 it’s also in my bio.
