California: More views of fire activity from the Norte Fire earlier today in Orange County from Darin McClure. Activity has since diminished some, with numerous homes lost. More reasons to pass the Fix Our Forests Act, extend wildfire aviation contracts, and support the boots on the ground with better pay and benefits. Eventually Congress will take it seriously. Thanks to all the subscribers who make this possible for everyone! We are 100% supported through Substack subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions to the Substack support charitable donations to help injured firefighters and their families in need. Also paid subscriptions get exclusive workouts, more podcasts, more articles, automatically entered into our giveaways, and access to the entire archives. I think it’s normal to be influenced by what we see around us, especially as dancers. I did it too. I tried movements and styles because I saw them everywhere and thought maybe I should dance like that too. But at some point I realized that just because I can dance in a certain way, it doesn’t mean it feels like me. And I think that changed a lot in the way I dance today. I’m much more interested in understanding what the music makes me feel than in trying to fit into a certain style. And I’m curious… how much of the way you dance feels really yours? #magdasmind #danceidentity #musicality #danceexpression #dancejourney
