💪🏼 SHOULDER WORKOUT WITHOUT SHOULDER PRESS You don’t have to force shoulder presses to build strong, rounded shoulders. Train the front, side and rear delts with enough quality volume, progress over time, and make the workout fit your body and your goals.⁩
