We all have to live on skyscrapers...
Where we are entitled to a room of one's own.
I get to embellish mine with anything I choose,
Tangible or intangible things, I choose alone.

Many painted dreams I have had to leave on the walls
As I vacate the old for the new, bearing even more
Realities now with wild hopeful eyes.

But, I never leave my flowers behind, No!
For there is no other me to water the soil that knows
Only the rhythm of my sole.

Now, and again I am vacated from this floor to another
So, further up to the sky I move...
