“They that wait upon the Lord…”
The Hebrew word qāvâ means to hope in, expect, and trust God. It does not mean inactivity.
Notice what happens next:
They mount up.
They run.
They walk.
There are times God tells us to wait. But waiting on God and being afraid to move are not the same thing.
P.S. Don’t call it “waiting on God” when He’s already given you something to do.
