Dear Cohort 1,
From the first day, you were special. You created a council from scratch. You wrote bylaws, built coalitions, and got a flagship bill through two committees in your first legislative session.
You set the tone for cohorts to come, and left a lasting impact. I know you'll go on to do great things.
Cohort two is here, and we're ready to follow in your footsteps. Thank you, for everything.
