2.5 months left in the year, what’re you going to do with it?

Most people make excuses for themselves because it’s easy, it makes you feel better in a way. You know what’s hard? Not the plan or doing the work- it’s sticking to the plan. Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year.

A lot of you don’t see results because you’re in a constant cycle of starting and then quitting after a few weeks, or even a few months. You give up and then you have to start all over again. What went wrong here? You didn’t stick to the plan.

Consistency builds. Idk how many times I need to say it. Sometimes you won’t see results for a while, and then all of sudden they come out of nowhere. The biggest thing: stick to a plan. Follow through. I see too many people give up on themselves. And for what reason? I can’t answer that for you.

There’s always a work around. There’s always a plan you can follow. There’s always a way. Most of you set new year’s goals- especially with fitness. I’ll be brutally honest, 70-80% of those people fail. We see it every single year. Most give up after 2-4 weeks.

Results take time. So my advice to you, stop waiting for the new year to “start again,” just for you to fail again. There’s no better time than now and I’ve always been a firm believer on that. At the end of the day, you owe it to yourself.

➡️2.5 months to work on your habits, so by the new year, you’re already in a position you need to be in. Coaching spots open only for those ready to make a change finally. Link in bio to apply.

Last week, we celebrated the centenary of The Royal Ballet School.

Forever grateful for everything the School gave me during my three years of study there. ❤️

I only wish Gailene Stock, who was the Director of the School at the time, could have been there to see me.
