Pour wet concrete into a heavy-duty plastic bag.

Press a smaller plastic pipe or container into the center to create your planting space.

Tie a thick piece of rope around the top to create that classic "sack" shape.

Once completely cured, cut away the plastic bag.

Paint your new planter, tie on a fresh decorative rope, and fill it with your favorite bright blooms!
