comment OUTSOURCE and i’ll send you the virtual assistant agency i used, bc as a working mom of two with a full time 9-5, handing off my business admin is how i got my weekends back w my kids !! the biggest surprise was how wrong i was about my own time - you know how in your brain you’re like “oh that only takes me 5 mins” but in reality it’s wayyyy longer? 🙋‍♀️ once janine started i could finally see how many of those lil 5 min tasks were taking up literally all my free time 😭 if you’re thinking about hiring one, here’s what made it work for me: hand off the tasks you repeat every single week first, write the instructions right on each task so she never has to come back and ask, and keep every deadline in one place (we use asana) so nothing lives only inside your brain anymore. and honestly the best part is being fully present with my kids on a saturday without thinking about my biz literally once 🥹 if you’re new here hi, im erin!!! still in my 9-5 and not planning on leaving it, and i build the systems that let you do both. follow @kee_to_wellness #workingmom #virtualassistant #mentalload #smallbusinessowner #workingmomlife virtual assistant, hiring a VA, VA agency, outsourcing, part time VA, 9 to 5 mom, delegate tasks, life admin, working mother, mom boss, working mom systems, small business, admin help, asana, time management

🎬 CHARACTER CAST | The Right Move | Windy City Series CASTING COMMITTEE, WE’RE BACK IN CHICAGO!! 🏀🤎 Can we PLEASE talk about Ryan freaking Shay?! Because Liz Tomforde had absolutely no business creating this man. 😂 I fell HARD for this book. Ryan is quiet confidence, a little grumpy, ridiculously protective, and the kind of man who shows you how much he loves you. And Indy?! Funny, chaotic, a hopeless romantic, and exactly what Ryan didn’t know he needed. The way these two become each other’s safe place?! UGH. MY HEART. Now let’s talk about this cast because I HAVE THOUGHTS!! Jesse Williams as Ryan?! JACKSON AVERY. Do I even need to explain myself?! 😂 The moment I started reading, Jesse was Ryan Shay in my head. The confidence, the way he loves his people so fiercely, and THOSE EYES?! And Jesse and Kat Graham as Ryan and Stevie?! AS SIBLINGS?! YES PLEASE. Shantel VanSanten as Indy?! UGH. I’ve loved her since One Tree Hill! She came in after we’d said goodbye to major cast members and somehow made us fall in love with Quinn. Dorky, adorable, a little awkward, with the biggest heart. THAT is my Indy. And she can bring the sass, heartbreak, and chemistry?! COME ON. 😂 And yes, I tend to age my characters up! Liz gives them so much emotional depth and maturity that picturing them a little older just feels more believable to me. Now, Casting Committee, do you see my vision, or did you cast Ryan and Indy differently?! 👀 More Chicago to come. 🤭 ✧ the right move ✧ liz tomforde ✧ windy city series ✧ ryan shay ✧ indy ivers ✧ romance books ✧ book fancast ✧ character casting ✧ #therightmove #liztomforde #windycityseries #bookstagram #ryanshay

A look at some of the brand new snacks, drinks and more! Swipe through to check them all out. Here’s one last roundup of products showcased at this year’s NACS Expo in Vegas! I’ll continue working on getting specific release dates, but a good chunk of these products are expected to hit shelves in 2027! Thoughts?!
