【「觸動」舞蹈課 ：自由舞動系列 ── CHAT六廠（荃灣）】

「觸動」與你一同探索武道與舞蹈，課堂將在雙節棍的勁力與創意舞蹈的節奏之間緩緩穿梭，將距離與時機的掌握、鬆緊與專注的轉換，化作線條、流動與停頓。在每一次呼吸與落腳之間，找回身體的敏銳與自由。

👨🏻 對象： 55 歲或以上人士（歡迎不同健康狀況的長者參與）

• * 雙節棍體驗工作坊由劉萬梁師傅教授，兩節課堂內容相同，只需選擇其中一節參與

• 抽籤結果將於2026年 9 月 4 日（星期五）公佈，「觸動」計劃團隊將向已登記人士個別通知結果

【Dance Well Classes: Creative Movement Series – CHAT (Tsuen Wan)】

Dance Well invites you to explore martial arts and dance together. In class, we move gently between the energy of Nunchaku and the flow of creative dance. We turn ideas like distance and timing, relaxation and tension, and focus into simple movement, like lines, flow, and pauses. With every breath and step, you can reconnect with your body and move freely.
This series includes post-class activities. Please find details below.
