On Sunday, our girls hosted Boots Bling & Bingo for the 2026 queens! It was so much fun getting to know our new royalty, and to play some bingo!

CAN RELATE? How do you find the answer when you don’t know the question? Are you watching RHOSLC in bed too?

To reiterate, I’m not in crisis, I’m being looked at and after.

MUCH LOVE XXX

This is why @samson__dauda is one of the world’s best bodybuilding ambassadors.

Samson here at Black History Month @gymshark event where he mentioned fellow UK IFBB PRO @jacobegbunike - the personal struggles he’s been going through and how he’d been questioning himself within bodybuilding on top of that.

Thank you for sharing @julessankey
Samson told him to specifically come to this event too so he could show him love & support. Samson has previously spoke of his fondness of Jacob reminding of himself when he was climbing up the ranks.

From training days to the final fight. 🥊❤️

Hindi lang basta isang role, kundi isang journey na hinding-hindi ko makakalimutan. Every training, every pagod, every challenge, and every memory made this experience special.

Thank you, KAMAO, for giving me a journey worth remembering. Forever grateful to be Makmak. 👊❤️

Hanggang sa muli, KAMAO!

GEF 2025 @globalentrepreneurshipfestival in Ghana was such a special experience, opening doors to new opportunities and bringing wonderful people into my life. And one of those special encounters was meeting this lovely little girl, Adepa @adepahemaa_ 🇬🇭🌸

I’m so happy that our journey continues, and we’re growing together. There’s so much more ahead of us, and I can’t wait to see what beautiful opportunities the future brings! ✨

Keep shining, my little star. This is only the beginning! 💖🌍
