Cardi B is speaking out after comedian Mona said colorism is why Cardi gets brand deals that dark skinned women don’t. Mona, who called herself a fan, argued that being light skinned and Dominican gave Cardi an edge, following a resurfaced 2024 clip where Cardi acknowledged she benefits from colorism.
