Saboor Aly opens up about giving her daughter screen time while also making space for some much-needed me time. The actress also spoke about balancing work and motherhood, sharing that every mother navigates this phase differently and she would only take on a project if it feels truly worth the time spent away from her daughter. #SaboorAly (📷: @harpalgeotv)

The tricep kickback is one of my go-to moves for building strong, defined arms and you DON’T need heavy weights to make it challenging.

Here are 3 ways to do it:

1️⃣ Classic kickback
Bend forward, keep your core tight, drive your elbows up and back, then straighten your arms fully.

2️⃣ Palm-to-ceiling kickback
Same position, but rotate your palms toward the ceiling as you straighten your arms. Squeeze your triceps at the top.

3️⃣ Alternating kickback
Start with both arms straight, then alternate bending one elbow at a time while keeping the other arm locked out. This is the toughest version!

A few technique tips:
• Keep your elbows HIGH and close to your body.
• Don’t swing the weights - control every rep.
• Fully straighten your arms without locking aggressively into the joints.
• Think squeeze, not speed.
• Start with a light weight and focus on perfect form.

Start with 3 sets of 8 reps and gradually work your way up to 15.

And remember: one exercise won’t transform your arms. It’s what you do consistently with your entire muscle-definition workout that makes the difference.

Should make it my regular ride!

“WHY DON’T YOU JUST AGE GRACEFULLY?”

Well, Pati…
I grew up in the ’80s and ’90s.
My hydration was vodka.
Partied until 7 AM.
Slept in my makeup.
Baked in the sun like I was on a frying pan —
half the day on my belly, half on my back.
Sunflower oil was my SPF.
I survived a tanning-bed membership.
Sunburn? Aloe vera? Please.
We used sour milk.

I’ve aged naturally and gracefully enough.
Now I have options.

What else would you add to the list?
Am I missing something? 😂
