And the crazy part I’ve never said an ill thing bout that lady momma! But i just went back and watched how nasty and vile they were speaking on my momma……..

As a human…… I feel sorry and sad even for my enemy and pray that God strengthens her and her family during this time of bereavement
My condolences 💐

Have you seen Hajar? Amsterdam police are searching for the 29-year-old, who has been missing since Sunday, October 4. She was last seen near the RAI, leaving with an unidentified man who had a bicycle and heading towards Buitenveldert.

Hajar is 1.65–1.70 metres tall, with black curly hair and dark eyes.

She wore a tiger-print dress and white New Balance shoes the day before her disappearance; her clothing on October 4 is unknown. Her family and police are seriously concerned about her wellbeing.

If you have information, call the police tip line on 0800-6070 or submit a tip through the official missing-person notice, quoting case number 2026264369. Anonymous tips can be reported to 0800-7000.

Between you and me, there was a time I wanted to give up completely. Then I looked at Addi and realised that was not a choice.

I met a girl at Officeworks today, she asked me how I stay motivated all the time. I told her it’s become second nature. Running became my constant when all other parts kept moving. When I felt dizzy and couldn’t put my thoughts in order.

Screw being where your feet are, be where your thoughts quieten. Your heads clear and your endorphins grow.

No pb for me Sunday, but I gained so much more in the journey x
