‌ وال‌استریت ژورنال گزارش داد جمهوری اسلامی برای مختل کردن تردد کشتی‌ها و انتقال نفت از خلیج فارس، به تاکتیک‌های جنگ نامتقارن از جمله استفاده از پهپادهای زیردریایی حامل مواد منفجره، مین‌های چسبان و قایق‌های کوچک برای شناسایی اهداف روی آورده است. این روزنامه سه‌شنبه ۱۲ آبان به نقل از مقام‌های منطقه‌ای، شرکت‌های امنیتی و کارشناسان نظامی نوشت تهران می‌کوشد با این روش‌ها، موقعیت تضعیف‌شده خود در جنگ را تقویت کند، کنترل تنگه هرمز را بار دیگر به دست گیرد و در مذاکرات به بن‌بست‌رسیده با واشینگتن، فشار بر دولت دونالد ترامپ را افزایش دهد. بر اساس این گزارش، نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی در هفته‌های گذشته علاوه بر به‌کارگیری پهپادهای زیرآبی حامل مواد منفجره، نارنجک‌های راکتی شلیک کرده و با استفاده از قایق‌های کوچک، مواد منفجره را به بدنه کشتی‌های تجاری متصل کرده‌اند. بخشی از این حملات، شناورهایی را هدف قرار می‌دهند که وظیفه انتقال نفت از خلیج فارس به نفتکش‌های منتظر را بر عهده دارند. جزئیات بیشتر را در سایت ایران‌اینترنشنال بخوانید.
