literallly the best day of the whole trip was this day : we spent the morning jumping into the ocean, got to hang with our friends at the adult pool, made the best memories and finished it off with a nightime pool swim with the kids as we watched a storm move through it was perfection 👌I love it here!!!

Comment GIFT and I’ll send you my free guide, The Regulated Home.

Most people think trauma lives in the memory. But the body remembers it as a posture. A jaw that clenches when no one is watching. Shoulders still waiting for the next blow. A breath held so long it feels normal.

Your body isn’t broken. It learned to protect you. And it can learn safety again, one exhale at a time.

Go slowly. Breathe into each place and say the words. Save this for tonight.

Nothing is found on the outside. The kingdom is within.
