Being able to see Deftones 3 times in a bit over a year, after about a decade as a fan without seeing them once, really is just the dream. And between the very pleasant weather that evening, and the spot I managed to secure, along with the interesting setlist they had this time - this was my favourite of the 3 times I've now seen them (you can tell from my awful singing all over these lol.)

I really did blow my teen self's mind with all of this... he'd be over several moons if I could go back and tell him he'd get to experience this one day. So many memories came flooding back throughout this show. The good and bad. The big and small. Deftones just strike an emotional chord in ways that few other bands manage. The ragers, the sing-alongs, the screamers, the ballads - and it all hits hard.

Absolute bliss and pure heaven. I've loved this band and pretty much everything they've done for years, and to hear any of their songs live was a treat. But Rosemary and Tempest back to back? Infinite Source? Risk? Korea? Sextape? Around the Fur? Feiticeira? Xerces? Entombed?? Lotion? The classic 7 Words finisher? Most of their big hits too?? There was so much to love here.
