Cannot thank you enough for all your beautiful wishes, honestly can’t put into words how I’m feeling, but my heart is so full. I feel incredibly loved, blessed and grateful to have so many wonderful people in my life. A biggggg thanks to my bff @rehanshahdesigns for this beautiful dress. Birthdays are incomplete without you creating something special for me and making sure I’m all dressed up. Some traditions are just too precious! Love you so much Xoxo
My first half marathon… DNF 💔 I wanted to share cute pictures after I crossed that finish line but the truth is…I never got to cross it. My legs gave out and I passed out in and out right in between mile 11 and 12. I gave it my all and I know God is using all of this for a greater plan but it’s taken me some time to finally process. He gave me a lot of time this week to just spend time with Him and realize that my physical strength is not eternal and that my worth and value are not measured in my accomplishments but in being reminded of my identity in HIM. My mental and spiritual health are what matter the most right now. I was under immense amounts of stress, grief and fatigue followed by pushing myself too hard and not enough sleep. I was so stubborn and wanted to continue this race for my cousin and run it for him and even though I feel like I failed, I still got to be out there with my friends who are so amazing and inspiring. Thank you to my amazing friend @brent.m.matthews for being by my side the whole time and praying over me. He sadly didn’t finish his race either helping me with the paramedics but I truly felt like he was a guardian Angel 🙏🪽 thank you so much to everyone who stopped for me and added onto their time bc of it 😞 Thank you from the bottom of my heart and HERE IS TO ALL my incredible, inspiring friends who did cross that line and who did SO AMAZING!!! I AM SO PROUD OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!! 🥲🙏💗🔥 I’m so glad we got to run this together at all! I could cry again. There was a part of me this past week that wanted to give all this up, crawl in a hole and never come out, but my friends & loved ones have been so encouraging and supportive and I’m not letting this defeat me. To my cousin George ~ I’ll truly never understand why 💔🙏🪽 I’ll miss you forever cuz RIP. I love you so much. Sometimes the signs of mental health are hidden so well so PLEASE reach out to someone if you’re struggling. Please don’t do it in silence 😢🙏 I’m going to keep raising awareness for you. I’m going to keep running this race of life for you and sharing Gods love no matter what. I’m not done yet. I’ll be back soon to cross that line 🤍🔥🙏

This press conference in front of the reflecting pool is hilarious but also scary at how the American president is literally mentally checked out.
