Happy 40th birthday Florence!❤️
‧₊˚ 𓂃౨ৎ • @florence 👑
Today we celebrate 40 years of Florence Welch, my favourite singer of all time💫 She's the first ever artist I truly became a fan of and I wouldn't want it any other way. I always come back to her music. As powerful as she sings, how soft she speaks🤍 I had the luck to go to one of her concerts and that made me love her even more. Once again, happy birthday to the best music artist🥹🫶🏻
Ac: idk
Sdt: Florence Welch because it's her birthday!

SEPTEMBER 2025: MY LAST MEET. OCTOBER 2026: MY COMEBACK. 🥹❤️‍🔥

24lbs down.
From 125kg to 110kg weight class.
Ten months post-patellar tendon repair.

There were moments—
real moments—
when returning to the platform
felt impossible.

I had to rebuild my strength,
relearn my body,
and accept that healing
wouldn't happen on my timeline.

I went from needing help with everyday tasks
to fighting my way back beneath the bar.
There were tears, setbacks, and days
when the finish line felt impossibly far.

But when my belief began to run thin,
my coach @team83elite reminded me of the strength within.
When I couldn't see how far I could go,
my coach believed in me
until I could believe it myself.

BUT LOOK AT GOD.
LOOK AT THE WORK.
LOOK AT THE COMEBACK. 🙌🏾

I'm back at 325 pounds—
my ALL-TIME PR.
A weight I've only hit ONCE in my life. 🥹💪🏾

This is bigger than lifting weights.
Bigger than numbers on a bar.
This is faith that carried me,
even when the road got hard.

Resilience when I wanted to retreat.
Patience when progress moved slow.
And the courage to keep showing up
when I didn't know how far I could go.

I refuse to let one of the hardest seasons
of my life write the ending of my story.
What I thought might break me
became another chapter
in God's unfolding glory.

I've been tested.
Humbled.
Broken open.
Rebuilt.

EIGHT DAYS UNTIL MEET DAY! 🔥

And no matter what happens
when I step onto that platform,
I already know what it took to get here.

Every tear.
Every setback.
Every quiet victory.

Nobody can take that away from me.
Because the real victory
is everything it took to become
the woman standing here today.

THE COMEBACK MEANS MORE
THAN ANYONE WILL EVER KNOW. ❤️‍🔥

This is my LAST lifting video
until meet day. 👀

BYEEEEEEEE! 👋🏾

So proud of Roman getting his green belt in Jiu Jitsu 💚

East Coast Jiu Jitsu’s second ever green belt 🟢🥋

Nearly 10 years of training consistent every day never took any time off training just was in an amazing enviroment for growth with such amazing coaches and training partners and has always loved training so to get a green belt in East coast jiu jitsu truly is a special achievement
What a journey it’s been through the years watching his travel all over the world training and competing in the sport becoming European champion at every belt throughout
Sports and great gyms and coaches can really help shape kids to becoming the best versions of themselves in being resilient, consistent and confident

So thankful for the day I walked into the gym to ask could he join and was so lucky to have him train under @marcusphelanbjj and @adamlarkin__ guiding him every step of the way on his journey teaching him so much more than jiu jitsu by the example they set and the people they are and the advice they have always given
