Miami Dade College is proud to share an update as we prepare to assume responsibility for the Tower Theater on November 1. The theater will be managed by Miami Film Festival, as part of MDC’s Cultural Affairs department.
Over the past several weeks, MDC has been working closely with the City of Miami to ensure a smooth transition and to prepare the Tower Theater to once again provide the high-quality experience our community expects and deserves.

Wow!! I took pictures of it a few months ago, coincidentally I was on my way to a meeting at Dade Heritage Trust, and then just a couple weeks later was back to see a movie that my daughter is in! Plus, I'm an MDC student so this is very exciting! 🎶💃🏼🙏 @dhtmiami @symphonyhowlett @asyoulikeitlikethat

As it was one of the last movies, if not last, shown there, Holy Spider should be the first when you reopen.
