Note: The organisation in discussion here is not to be glorified and those who do will be removed. What is shown here is a cemetery in public space and can therefore not be forbidden to show.

SS ranks still visible
A standard military cemetery that also contains about 49 graves explicitly marked with Waffen-SS ranks (SS-Mann, SS-Hauptscharführer, etc.). The stone tower carries the verse “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” The SS was declared a criminal organization at Nuremberg.
Should this remain like this?

Comment “PROGRAM” and I’ll send you the details👇👇👇

One of the biggest misconceptions I see in the T1D healthcare space is that exercise, blood sugars, mindset, tech, nutrition, insulin sensitivity, and body composition are all separate things.

People come to @riselyhealth wanting to:

• lower A1C and improve TIR
• build muscle
• have less sticky highs
• workout without having to stop because of a low
• have more food freedom

But these aren’t separate goals.

They’re all connected by the same underlying systems.

For example…

If you’re constantly going low during exercise, you’re more likely to under-dose insulin, over-treat lows, avoid certain workouts, or feel frustrated enough to stop exercising consistently.

If your insulin sensitivity is low, you’ll often need more insulin to manage meals, spend more time correcting highs, and feel like you’re working harder than your results reflect.

If your blood sugars are unpredictable, it becomes harder to recover well, train consistently, trust your body, and make decisions confidently.

This is why our Exercise & Insulin Sensitivity Coaching Program isn’t just an exercise program.

Over 8 weeks, we help people understand how exercise, insulin, nutrition, recovery, hormones, inflammation, blood sugars, and body composition all influence one another so they can finally stop guessing and start making decisions with confidence.

You’ll be supported by our team of National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches who live with T1D themselves, plus our Registered Dietitian, who will help you better understand insulin resistance, nutrition, metabolism, energy, cravings, and body composition.

The goal isn’t to give you more information overwhelm.

The goal is to help you understand how to work with your body.

Applications close TOMORROW, Friday at 12 PM EST and we kick off next week🎉 We already have 35 T1Ds enrolled in the program and have 5 spots left!
