A beautiful, sunny autumn Sunday ☀️🍂 Dressed up a bit today for a relaxing stroll around Daikanyama 🚶‍♀️💕 Checking out cute shops and having a chill lunch on a terrace 🍝☕️ I even found the most adorable mug at a boutique! 🥰 But then... a sudden gust of wind completely ruined my hair! 🌬️😂 Oh well, even little mishaps like that make fun weekend memories ♡ Tonight, I’m winding down with a hot cup of tea in my new mug 🫖🌙 It was just a regular Sunday, but moments like this make me the happiest ☺️💗 How was everyone else’s Sunday? 💕
We’re currently on tour with @tdwpband , @156silence and @oversizeband ! And honestly, these people are some of the most wonderful, warm-hearted and talented humans out there. ❤️ But to be honest, after spending almost 6 months on the road this year, the exhaustion is starting to catch up with me. Every single day, I feel it a little more. And sometimes, when touring becomes a routine, finding the energy and motivation to step on stage gets harder. But then we walk on stage, see all your smiles, feel all your emotions, and suddenly you give us all the strength and energy we need. 🥹❤️ Last night, I watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button for the very first time, and it really stayed with me. The idea that nothing lasts forever, that we’ll never be exactly who we are in this very moment again. That we need to cherish the people we love, embrace every moment and make the most of this life. Even when things get hard, even when we feel like giving up, even when the spark isn’t quite there anymore. Because life is the most precious and unpredictable thing we have. And sometimes we need to remind ourselves how lucky we are to be living it. ❤️ One more week on the road before some very well-deserved time off! Where are we seeing you on these last few shows? 🥹🫶 📷 @charly.extnd
People think I go to extremes to look like this. I don’t. 4 workouts a week. 4 meals a day. And yes, I eat carbs. Just the right structure, kept for over 10 years. This November I’m giving you that exact structure. Comment SCULPT and you’ll be the first to know 🤍
Hutagalung beberapa kali mengimbau para aktivis agar segera turun. 🎥: Threads/haloirfandisana_ Sumber: Greenpeace Indonesia, Kompas.com Kreatif: Jessica Meisya Kurnia Produser: Reza Kurnia Darmawan ~J #Jakarta #Peristiwa #Cut [2026102010364021]
