Nobody has ever successfully explained to me how the wedding industry convinced men that spending $40,000 on one afternoon is a reasonable financial decision. I don’t want to spend $80 on parking at an NFL game, but apparently I’m fine paying $2,500 for flowers that will be dead by Wednesday. We’re renting chairs, renting tables, renting suits, and hiring a photographer to take 900 pictures of us pretending we don’t know where the camera is. The DJ wants $1,800 to press play on Mr. Brightside. And the best part? I’ll spend half the reception shaking hands with relatives I’ve never met while the $300 dinner I paid for gets cold. Could’ve bought a boat. At least the boat would’ve come with cup holders.

🚨 ZELENSKYY CALLS OUT WASHINGTON AND ELON MUSK’S SPACEX OVER STARLINK RESTRICTIONS AFFECTING UKRAINE.

Ukraine depends on Starlink-connected technology for military communications and drone operations against Russian forces. Restrictions affecting military satellite services have raised serious concerns about Ukraine’s ability to defend itself.

🇺🇦 Zelenskyy has criticized the restrictions, putting renewed scrutiny on the U.S. government and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk over decisions affecting technology Ukraine relies on during wartime.

The stakes go far beyond satellite internet.

A U.S. company’s technology plays a role in a war involving Russia, while Washington remains a major player in Ukraine’s defense. Decisions affecting that technology could have consequences far beyond the battlefield.

Could this escalating dispute pull the United States deeper into direct confrontation with Russia—and risk triggering a wider war, potentially even World War III?

That is a question worth asking, even as the restrictions alone do not mean a world war is imminent.

Who controls the technology? Who makes the decisions? And what happens if this conflict escalates further?

Madison Knight and her best friend Jamesen Hicks found out they were pregnant at the same time, but the real surprise came when Madison learned she was expecting twins and Jamesen later discovered she was carrying triplets.

The two, who have shared major life milestones since meeting in 2020, supported each other through high-risk pregnancies, early deliveries and long NICU stays.
Now raising five babies born just three months apart, they describe the chaos as challenging but beautiful, and feel grateful their children are thriving.
