I genuinely cannot believe we’re still having conversations about what women are “allowed” to wear while exercising. If a woman wants to train in a sports bra and “booty” shorts, fantastic! If she wants to wear an oversized T-shirt and sweatpants, also fantastic! If she wants to wear a GOSH DARN LORAX SUIT, ALSO FANTASTIC! No outfit tells you a damn thing about her character, intelligence, self-respect, or how seriously she takes her training. The idea that a woman showing some skin is somehow an invitation for men to comment on her body, question her morals, or joke about her “being a whore” is fucking exhausting. Women already face enough barriers to getting into the weight room without having to worry about whether some dude thinks their shorts are too short. You don’t have to like what someone is wearing. You don’t have to understand why they’re wearing it. Nobody asked you & it’s none of your damn business. Wear whatever the hell you want, and go lift some heavy shit & run some fast miles 💅🏼

🎥: Some of life’s most beautiful moments can also be the most heartbreaking. 🥺💔🦋 Sharing the news of Baby Navy with my daddy as he battles cancer ..Holding his hand, knowing he couldn’t speak, but believing he understood every word. 🥹❤️ I can’t help but imagine how much he would love his granddaughter. Something tells me she’s going to look just like him. 💙 Through the tears, Andre continues to be my safe place, reminding me that even in my hardest moments, I don’t have to carry everything alone. One generation fighting to stay, another preparing to arrive. And love connecting them both. 🥺🦋 This love story is being brought to life through AI cinema and storytelling. 🎬✨ Comment “CREATOR” to join Content2Income™ and learn how to turn your content, expertise and influence into signature IP, a stronger personal brand, and opportunities for brand partnerships and sponsored experiences.
