A little appreciation post for our very first Hi Lo apprentice, Mere 🥹🤍

For the past four months, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Mere behind the scenes with us, learning the ins and outs of multidisciplinary design and getting a taste of agency life.

We saw something special in Mere from the beginning, and getting to watch her grow in her confidence, expand her skillset, and bring her own perspective to our work has been such a rewarding experience for us, too.

A huge thank you to @thebriefcollective for creating a community that brings designers together and, ultimately, brought Mere into our world. 🫶

And this isn’t goodbye! You’ll still be seeing Mere around here as we continue bringing her onto projects as a freelancer ✨
