I know this is a scary topic, but taking steps to learn and prepare is one of the best things you can do. The news this month has been a lot, with new cybersecurity holes, hacks on real-world systems, and more talk about what happens if the power or internet goes down for a while. Most of my day is spent helping companies with AI, and I still have a backup plan for that scenario. It’s a go bag with the basics (water, batteries, a flashlight, and a paper list of phone numbers) plus a lot of things I wouldn’t have thought to pack a year ago. A lot of you have asked, so I put everything in one place. Buy from it, shop on your own, I truly don’t care either way. I just wanted you to have SOMEwhere to start. So if this has been on your mind lately, or you’ve been meaning to get prepared and weren’t sure where to begin, comment GOBAG and I’ll send you my list. (It’s kind of a go bag slash emergency preparedness slash natural disaster slash cybersecurity preparedness list all in one - and don’t forget food and water for at least 3 days!)
Donald Trump had a question for the crowd during a rally after spotting two Black supporters.

Whenever I’m feeling bloated or uncomfortable, I always come back to this. A few minutes of gentle stomach massage is a game changer for me You don’t need to do this in a sauna! I just like doing it there because I’m already lying down, and a little oil or cream mixed with some sweat makes my hands glide so easily 😂 It’s the multitasker in me. Simple, easy, and one of my favorite little self care habits, especially while traveling! #tips #selfcare #debloat
