Everybody is watching the AI brain. I’m watching the memory that makes that brain useful.

That’s a major reason to be bullish on Micron.

AI systems need enormous amounts of memory to process information quickly. Micron supplies memory and storage, positioning the company to benefit as businesses expand their AI infrastructure.

First, this opportunity extends beyond chatbots. Data centers, smartphones, computers, and increasingly intelligent machines all create potential demand for Micron’s products.

Second, innovation matters. Micron is developing faster, higher-capacity memory and expanding its advanced storage offerings. Better performance can help the company compete for valuable business.

Third, management reported record fiscal 2026 results and expects an even stronger fiscal 2027. Its strategic customer agreements could provide greater visibility into future demand. That supports the bullish argument, although management’s expectations remain forecasts. (investors.micron.com)

My thesis: the AI economy needs infrastructure, and memory is an essential piece of that foundation.

However, a strong company can still be an overpriced stock. Competition, changing memory prices, and slower customer spending remain risks. Valuation and patience matter.

This is education, not investment advice.
