A viral relationship trend called the “2-2-2-2 rule” is helping couples keep their marriage strong. It suggests going on a date every two weeks, being intimate twice a week, taking a night away without kids twice a year, and planning a longer vacation every two years.

The idea expands the older 2-2-2 rule, which recommended regular dates, weekend trips, and longer holidays together. Research from the University of Virginia’s National Marriage Project found that couples who spent quality time alone at least once a week were about 3.5 times more likely to report being very happy in their marriage.

I’m a little rusty but let’s see if I got this right for #fancywatchfriday

Admittedly the steel #222 might not be regarded as being quite as fancy as the yellow gold model. However, there are still many fancy things about it. For example, the fit (super thin & lays on the wrist like a dream), the finish (second to none period), and of course that it’s produced by one of the oldest Swiss brands in the world (who just happens to be part of the holy trinity).

Anyhow have a great Friday everyone and to all of those at WindUp/WatchTime I salute you 🫡
