CONGRATULATIONS ! “And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
The reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8 was a staple of TLC's lineup, airing from 2007 to 2017. The show followed the Gosselin family and their eight kids after mom Kate gave birth to sextuplets in 2004. Now, Collin Gosselin, one of the sextuplets featured on the show, is 22, and released a memoir earlier this week called "In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood." In an interview with Juju Chang on Good Morning America, Collin made shocking claims about what he says was going on behind the scenes of the family's show. "Simply put, my whole life that I lived was a lie. All the things you see on TV, lies." He described the photo chosen for his book cover as saying, "The hand over the mouth was 'be quiet, stop talking.' I couldn't talk about what went on in the home, and now I finally can." Status bencana nasional bukan satu-satunya penentu kecepatan bantuan. Meski belum berstatus nasional, penanganan karhutla Kalimantan tetap melibatkan personel gabungan, pemadaman darat, hingga operasi udara. Perbedaannya terletak pada kewenangan dan koordinasi, sementara keselamatan masyarakat tetap menjadi prioritas utama dalam penanganan bencana. #KawalPenangananKarhutla #PemerintahBergerak
Most people think reflux is just “too much acid.” It’s not. A huge part of it is a weak LES… the valve between your stomach and esophagus that’s supposed to keep acid down. Mine was so weak that even water caused reflux. Here are the things that helped me strengthen it the most 👇 1: Choline → Acetylcholine → Stronger LES One of the biggest things people miss. Choline helps your body produce acetylcholine… a neurotransmitter heavily involved in muscle contraction and LES function. Eggs/ Liver are one of the best sources. And if you’re deficient? That area gets weaker over time. 2: Fix nutrient deficiencies Low magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, electrolytes… all affect muscle strength, nerve signaling, digestion, and reflux. This is why some people keep getting symptoms even after “eating healthy.” Your body can’t hold that valve shut properly if it lacks the raw materials. 3: Extended exhale breathing This was one of the first things that gave me relief. Longer exhales calm the nervous system, reduce pressure patterns around the stomach, and improve vagus nerve signaling… which directly affects the LES. Simple… but powerful. 4: Diaphragmatic + pursed lip breathing This is more advanced. Don’t do this while actively burning or refluxing badly. Use it once symptoms calm down and you want to strengthen the area further. This builds better diaphragmatic pressure and strengtns around the LES. 5: Stop “managing” stress. Start strengthening yourself. Stress will always exist. Suffering unnecessarily and staying constantly dysregulated is optional. Aggressively cut down unnecessary stress, negativity, doom scrolling, toxic people, and habits that keep your nervous system weak. And at night… melatonin + L-theanine can help a lot, especially if your symptoms get worse when anxious or sleep deprived. Drop a 🤍 and comment “STRONG LES” if you want the free training on how to strengthen your les with step by step guidance! This is something that has already helped thousands!!
