The only toxic man I’ll never get over.

#abeltesfaye #theweeknd #singapore #afterhourstildawntour

My heart is shattered.
Our wee warrior got her angel’s wings.🪽

Elle Belle, our world has stopped spinning without you.
Our hearts are savagely broken.

I had no idea a human could cry this many tears.
The ocean between us has filled a hundred times over.

Tears of heartbreak.
And wild gratitude that I got to be your aunty.

In just under 13 years, Elliott Elizabeth, you built a universe of love.

You loved ice cream and adventures outside.
You were funny, whip-smart, kind and generous.
The best big sister that ever big-sistered.

I feel robbed and blessed.
Angry and relieved you’re free.

I’d give anything to kiss your forehead again.
To watch your eyes twinkle when you laugh.

People say cracks are where the light gets in. Well, beautiful girl, you cracked us wide open and shone so brightly the stars will see you glimmering for eons.

You’re my hero, Elle Belle.
You didn’t even need a cape.

You fought two bears.
Yours and mine.

I promised your Dad that I’ll fight to win this battle for us both. In your honor. Knowing your courage and joy.

Run wild, wee angel.
Score a hat-trick every game.

And know… you were, are, and always will be loved.
And ours. Lucky us, you were ours.

Until we meet again, I’ll carry you everywhere.
Under my skin.
In my heart.

I love you.
I love you.
I love you.

Orion’s Belt has nothing on your sparkle.

PROTEIN POWDER 101! + 3 protein smoothie recipes below 👇 with @formnutrition (the protein I’ve used for 8 years) AD!

As a qualified trainer, Form performance protein is the protein I have always recommended.

It ticks the Leucine threshold (albeit debated, it’s still important!) where many other brands fall short. It also blends really well into smoothies, no chalky texture, and is Informed Sport Certified (the gold standard for independent testing!)

My favourite flavour is chocolate peanut! Tastes like a a snickers bar 😊 I find if you eat them with food, in smoothies or an oat bowl / bake, they taste great every time.

Protein smoothie 3 ways:

Snickers-in-a-glass:

250ml soy milk
1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Chocolate Peanut Flavour)
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Creatine (optional)
2 tsp peanut butter
Pinch of sea salt
1 Ice cube
Dash of water if needed for blending consistency

Green Goddess Smoothie:

250ml Soy Milk
1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Vanilla Flavour)
1 small banana
1 medium handful of spinach
2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
1 ice cube
Dash of water if needed for blending consistency

Blueberry & Almond Butter Smoothie:

250ml Soy Milk
1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Vanilla Flavour)
1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp rolled oats
2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
1 ice cube
Dash of water if needed for blending consistency

Method:

Place ingredients in a blender cup and blend until very smooth, adding more water if you prefer a thinner consistency! Pour over ice and enjoy.

Much love, Sophx
