Comment “TRANSFORM” & I’ll send you the exact plan ✨free✨ that changed everything for me. For too long of a time, I thought getting the body I wanted meant doing more and eating less. Where are the millennials here that can relate!? What actually helped was slowing down, working out LESS, increasing calories and giving my body time to recover. I stopped chasing the hardest workout every day and started following a plan I could stay consistent with. That shift changed more than my body, it changed how I think about and approach training and I can confidently say I finally have a healthy relationship with it all. And!! I want the same for you 💛 Comment TRANSFORM and I’ll send you the details!! xx

Tyler Perry’s 2007 comedy-drama Why Did I Get Married? follows four upper-middle-class college friends and their spouses who embark on their annual week-long marriage retreat in a snowy Colorado cabin to evaluate their relationships. Led by psychologist Patricia (Janet Jackson), the group’s seemingly picture-perfect lives unravel when a series of devastating secrets and infidelities are forcefully brought to light during an explosive dinner argument. The couples are forced to confront severe marital strains, including the emotional trauma of a deceased child, hidden medical secrets, workaholism, and the cruel emotional abuse suffered by Sheila (Jill Scott) at the hands of her husband Mike, who brought his mistress along on the trip. Ultimately, the movie serves as an intense examination of commitment and forgiveness as each couple must decide if their love is worth saving or if it is time to walk away.
