The day Tim Curry died I knew there was only one Halloween costume that would feel right in my heart. So here I am breaking my never repeat a Halloween costume a decade after I debuted it with Sir Alfred Hitchcock as Riff Raff and yours truly as Dr. Frank-N-Furter 💋

a few self-love notes to myself and maybe some you needed to hear too 💌

recently, I found myself getting caught up in the comparison cycle and I started noticing how much it was affecting my mood, mindset and even the way I was showing up for myself (or sometimes not showing up at all). but one of the biggest shifts for me has been building that self-awareness, learning to recognise when those thoughts creep in and consciously choosing to reframe them rather than letting them take over.

a little reminder that we can’t always control the thoughts that pop into our minds, but we can choose how we respond to them

love C x
