This weekend I said yes to joining a small gathering in conversation with Charles Eisenstein. The workshop held a simple yet profound premise: stories are medicine.

The stories we tell ourselves shape our perception of ourselves, one another, and the world. They can change, and as they change, our experience of reality changes with them. During our time together, we reflected on the following questions, and more:

What story am I living?
Who am I within that story?
Who would I be without that story?
What is my divine nature?
What blocks me from being my divine nature?
What if the world is not as I have been taught it is?

As we heal beyond the stories of fear, separation, and scarcity, we begin to perceive ourselves, and one another, through the lens of our wholeness. Remembering this is the medicine that readies us for the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
