POSTS STORIES REELS

In a world that often feels chaotic, I have come to believe that peace is something we cultivate.

In the fall of 2022, I began a simple daily practice. For 333 consecutive days, I folded three origami cranes each morning. One thousand cranes. One daily intention.

In Japan, the tradition of senbazuru tells us that folding 1,000 cranes grants a wish. For me, it was never about the wish. It was about the steady practice of returning to self long enough to listen and remember what is most true.

The first crane took nearly nine minutes and barely resembled a crane. I remember writing in my journal: Resistance is a sign. It was mangled, and I laughed, knowing this was going to take a while. By the nine hundredth crane, my hands needed only ninety seconds.

Through changing seasons, moon phases, sunrises, solstices and equinoxes, I returned each morning. The quiet contemplation, while folding the small square paper, revealed to me that our intrinsic nature is often remembered through the habits we return to with care. Peace became less something to pursue and more a way of meeting each moment.

For three years these mindful cranes waited in a box while I searched for the right way to honor them. Today they found their home.

Looking at them on the wall, I don’t see 1,000 individual cranes. I see a flowing murmuration. Countless small acts of presence becoming something harmonious, peaceful, and alive.

While no longer a daily practice, I’ve folded more than 1,200 additional cranes and joyfully gifted nearly every one. Each is a simple offering of peace and connection.

If a crane would bring a smile to your heart, comment “peace.” I would be honored to send one your way.

Peace be with you. Wander well,
Anne

We can answer the call before we understand why. Forty-eight hours in Sedona, held in friendship and the wildness of the earth, reminded me how much there is to receive when we let life unfold. In connection, we remember. 🏜️✨🌀🤍 by @asarge143

This full moon invites us to feel our connection to the Earth and remember the choice available in this moment. What are we tending through our attention, our words, our way of being? What grows when we choose love?

When chaos becomes familiar, we can find ourselves bracing even when there is room to soften. We forget how peace feels. The Earth offers a place to remember. Through her rhythms, we can return to our own. As we move from the Fire Horse of 2026 into the Fire Goat of 2027, we are invited to give our new beginnings roots. To deepen our relationships and enter into greater partnership with life, with each other and with the living world.

I feel this Moon calling us into devotion. To the living Earth. To one another. To the simple, daily choices that bring us into coherence. Hands on the Earth. Breath in the body. Presence with what is here. As we ground and listen, we begin to recognize what feels true and choose how to live from that remembering.

On October 17, 2026, people around the world came together through @ourorigin.earth in a shared moment of remembrance, connection and collective intention for a thriving Earth. Across hundreds of gatherings, we were invited to remember something deeply important: We are not separate from nature. We are nature. We belong to one another and to the living world that sustains us.

At the heart of ORIGIN was a call to restore our relationship with the Earth through reciprocity, remembering that as we receive from the natural world, we also have a responsibility to give back, to care for, nurture and regenerate the life around us.

I was deeply honored to be invited to facilitate part of an intimate gathering at @sagemountainsanctuary. Surrounded by the animals, the beautiful landscape and the souls who came together, we shared a space of connection, gratitude and remembrance. Together, we planted our intentions on a native mountain mahogany tree that will make its home at the sanctuary, a living expression of our prayers, our belonging and our commitment to tend the Earth that tends us.

May the seeds of remembrance planted around the world continue to grow through the ways we live, love and care for all life. We belong to the Earth. We belong to each other. And in that belonging, reciprocity becomes a way of life. 🌎🌱

What an auspicious moment to be embodied. Saturday, October 10, 2026 marks a unique numerological alignment: 10/10 in a universal 10 (2+0+2+6) year, accompanied by a New Moon in Libra 🌑♎️ Symbolizing completion and new beginnings, this 10:10:10 gateway invites us to remember the wisdom within, release what no longer serves, and consciously embody new possibilities. The Libra New Moon implies this portal by offering an opportunity to bring greater harmony, balance, and authenticity into our lives and relationships.

✨ For this 10:10:10 gateway, I am offering a three-card Coherence Tarot reading:

✨ REMEMBER: What truth within me is ready to be remembered?
✨ RELEASE: What am I ready to release to move forward in greater coherence?
✨ EMBODY: What new possibility am I being invited to consciously choose and nurture?

If you have your own Tarot deck, I invite you to sit with these questions and explore what emerges. For those who would appreciate personalized guidance, I am offering individual readings using the Mystical Dream Tarot by Janet Piedilato, including a written interpretation, reflection, and personal mantra to carry into everyday life.

DM or comment: “dragonfly” for details. Exchange: $30 (10:10:10)

May we remember what is true, release what no longer serves, and embody the possibilities we wish to create. ✨

Somewhere between the sun-painted Sahara desert and the high peaks of the Atlas Mountains, we remembered what we cherish most: being together. To the little girl who always wanted to visit Morocco and ride a camel: dreams come true. I love you. 143 🤍 @rsargent29

Here is to mint tea, tangine, dates and pomegranates, colorful souks, epic sunrises and sunsets, camels and cats, and the kindest, open hearted, hospitable humans we met along the way. Shukran (thank you). by @asarge143

High in the Swiss Alps, a powerful gathering brought together Indigenous elders, medicine people, wisdom keepers, frontline defenders and conscious leaders to weave ancient wisdom, activism and alternative ways of being.

What was shared again and again, echoed in prophecies carried across generations, is that the moment is now. Humanity is at a choice point. Do we continue along a path of separation and polarity, or do we choose a path rooted in belonging, diversity, unity, peace and reciprocity?

Each of us is being called to participate in what comes next through how we listen, how we live, how we care for one another and the Earth, and what we choose to create, tend and nurture together in every moment.

I hold deep gratitude for the following groups of people that made the gathering possible and for the invitation to participate. Together we rise: @earthrise.collective @theearthelders @wisdomdelegation and @ecoversities and @poovalingummoodley @rachelcolb by @asarge143

It is honey harvest time at Luna Apiary. Liquid gold. 🍯🐝

There is something reverent about spinning honey. I thank the bees at every step. Every drop matters.

A single bee makes only about 1/12 teaspoon of honey in her lifetime, visiting thousands of flowers along the way. And together, a hive of 30,000+ bees and one queen can produce more than 60 pounds of honey in a season here in the mountains.

It is an honor to tend bees. To witness the way they live in service to one another and the world around them, reminding us what is possible when each small offering becomes part of the whole.

Luna Apiary, home to Moonlight Honey and more than 90,000 happy bees. Thank you Queen Aries and the new moon hive. ♈️🌑Thank you Queen Taurus and the blue moon hive. ♉️🔵And we honor that Queen Sagittarius and the full moon hive needed to keep their honey stores for the winter. ♐️🌕

Today is my peaceful day.

I went to hear Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra Tuệ Nhân speak, one of the monks who captivated thousands of us as we followed @walkforpeace.usa .

His message was clear. We move too fast. Fast food, fast cars, fast internet. We forget to be here. This perpetuates separation and suffering. Mindfulness is remembering. Slowing down enough to participate in our own lives. To notice what we continue to carry and what we are ready to put down. Liberation and peace can happen right here, in this moment.

Today is my peaceful day.

I feel blessed to share a brief conversation after the talk and offer a peace crane. Thank you for making me aware of the gathering and joining me Teri @starlightranchsanctuary

This weekend I said yes to joining a small gathering in conversation with Charles Eisenstein. The workshop held a simple yet profound premise: stories are medicine.

The stories we tell ourselves shape our perception of ourselves, one another, and the world. They can change, and as they change, our experience of reality changes with them. During our time together, we reflected on the following questions, and more:

What story am I living?
Who am I within that story?
Who would I be without that story?
What is my divine nature?
What blocks me from being my divine nature?
What if the world is not as I have been taught it is?

As we heal beyond the stories of fear, separation, and scarcity, we begin to perceive ourselves, and one another, through the lens of our wholeness. Remembering this is the medicine that readies us for the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

The bees always know before we do. A change in barometric pressure tells them weather is on the way, and they return home before the storm arrives.

We sense these “pressure” shifts too. Sometimes the wisest response is simply to pause, notice, and come home to ourselves.

The past two years, I’ve felt called to travel, frequently. Often I say yes before I understand why. Always, something reveals itself, through my relationship with the land and the people. Mount Shasta is one of those places. Its wild landscape and the stories of the mystical miraculous experiences people have shared there drew me in.

The most poignant gift on this pilgrimage I received is a remembrance both deeply personal and universal:

Release all fear. Love is here. Peace within. Trust in the unfolding.

We are living through a time of profound transformation. Nature reminds us that change is not an exception to life; it is the way life moves, evolves, and creates. The seasons change. Rivers carve new paths. Forests regenerate. Everything living relates and participates in the unfolding and the emerging. It is all beautifully miraculous: birth, death, growth, decay, contraction, expansion, etc.

Perhaps the way to flow with life is to remember our relationship with the living Earth. That remembrance gives rise to a choice. Will I meet this moment with fear, or with love, and trust in the unfolding?

Participation can be as simple as stepping outside, placing your bare feet on the Earth and breathing with the birdsong, offering an act of loving kindness, or pausing long enough to notice the morning light. This is an invitation to feel your life more fully and the beautiful miracle unfolding in each moment.

My heart is full of gratitude to @starlightranchsanctuary, @andiyamodernmystic, our retreat home @gurushasta, our guides, and every soul who shared this pilgrimage. Thank you for creating a space where so much could be remembered. by @asarge143
