Take a peek inside the new Metal Museum in Rust Hall (former home of Memphis College of Art) with an MCA alum (me!)
I had the privilege of touring the building recently with some fellow alumni and members of the arts community to see all of the updates happening at this historic building ahead of its opening on Sept 6!
spoiler: I will always miss MCA, but I’m so happy to see this gorgeous building being restored and so glad it’s going to be used to create art again 💛

So weird seeing my old studio space turned into offices lol but it looks beautiful and I’m glad they kept most of the original design 💕

My children and I got a tour a few weeks back, and it is an amazing facility! Congratulations on this amazing achievement! When will the foundry be open again for repairs?
