Let’s giving it up for October! I had a blast and didn’t nearly take enough photos to remember it all. 🎃 by @legendofshelda
I had the privilege of judging the Queer Icon category of @monster.market’s first Costume Social. What a fun way to close out the last big evening of this 10 years of Monster Market. Congratulations again @kiefer0 on winning Queer Icon 🧙🏻‍♂️with your Gandalf (the gay) fit! Let’s do all again next year! 💛 by @legendofshelda

It is your last weekend to enjoy @monster.market before it crawls back into its cave to prepare for next year! (& Tonight’s the costume contest!👹) Here’s a look at how the fabulous @dixonmemphis Stage & Sketch program from early this week that I had the privilege of leading along side my monster in crime @lacymveteto! Don’t forget Stage & Sketch is a regular Dixon program held every second Thursdays of the month by myself & Lacy! Come draw with us! ✏️ by @legendofshelda
What a surprise it was to finally meet the human who got one of my designs tattooed on their body FOREVER while at one of my favorite places @monster.market 😭💖 Thank you again Gabi for wanting to commemorate your time in the south and shout out to @neithernour for doing such an incredible job! Swipe all the way through to peep the original sketch of this design I did on a stickie note from 2018! Should I also get this tattooed? 🤔 by @legendofshelda

Throwback to my first ever programming at @monster.market circa 2019 Monster Market when it was on South Main! Back then I was hosting a free sketching night called Scribble with a couple friends @gokatcreate & @sarahdayarts and we brought a version of that here where we drew on Pumpkins and butcher paper. Just a space to create along side the inspiring work in the shop. I just wanted to say thank you to @holtermonster for letting bring yet another program into the Monster community and share a little creative fun together! 💛 Join us this evening at Monster Market YEAR 10 at the Medicine Factory for Stage & Sketch figure drawing with your host (me) and our friends at the @dixonmemphis !! Come draw with us 6-8pm! by @legendofshelda

My agenda for fun is always top of mind. Just a lil silly while I was at the Dixon last week for Stage & Sketch. I love more than anything an interactive experience in a space you don’t always expect to see one. Flip the script and take people out of their expectations! That’s what my events are often all about. Having fun in unexpected ways. I wonder what I’ll make next! by @legendofshelda
