Anna Berkley, looking back on my camera roll & you have brought me more joy in just the last two weeks of 14 than I deserve in a year. You are so much FUN! FIFTEEN today, my sweet Aubrianna. Being your mama is one of the greatest gifts of my life. As much as I wish I could slow the years down, I love watching you become your own beautiful person. Always keep your kind heart for others baby girl. I can’t wait for our birthday trip together—the laughs, the girl time, and all the little moments that will become memories we’ll keep forever. Happy 15th birthday! You are so very loved. ~xxMom 📸 @ml_sports_media thanks for the great action shots to cherish forever.

How I anticipate this year’s California Gubernatorial Election will transpire between former Biden HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and conservative commentator Steve Hilton. The election is open due to Gavin Newsom being term-limited. Newsom is considered a prime 2028 Presidential contender. Before the Biden era, Becerra was the state Attorney General, preceded by a 24-year US House tenure representing downtown Los Angeles. Hilton previously served on the cabinet of former UK Conservative Prime Minister David Cameron. Hilton became a naturalized US citizen in 2021 and renounced his UK citizenship in 2025. CA is a solidly blue state at Harris+20 and has consistently voted blue for President since 1992 as well as being the nation’s most populous. In the top-two primary, Becerra won with 28% to Hilton’s 24.5%. Becerra is considered the establishment choice and is perceived tepidly among progressives due to him accepting donations from corporations that pertain to energy, technology, and insurance. Despite that, Becerra will have virtually no issue in retaining the Governorship due to the colossal Dem raw vote advantage, conservative emigration, and it simply being CA. Because of that tepidness, I don’t anticipate Becerra will perform on par with Biden, although it will almost certainly still be a very solid victory. This is why I anticipate Becerra retains the Governorship by a solid 22.7 points, nearly 3 points stronger than Harris. No Rep has won the Governorship since the Governator in 2006. #california #losangeles #sanfrancisco #sandiego #map
