13 years ago, I married my best friend. From the first time I laid eyes on him, I knew he was the man I wanted to marry. I just couldn’t have known then how much sweeter it would be to actually be his wife.😘

I’ve never known a kinder, gentler, more thoughtful man. Chad notices the little things. He checks on me throughout the day, sends me texts, and is always looking for a way to make me smile or make my day a little easier. There is so much that goes into raising a big family, and he carries it right alongside me. Nothing is too hard or too small for him to do and I’ve never heard him complain. 🥹

He works harder than anyone I know, yet he still makes time to hold me close and give our children his attention every day. I hope they grow up understanding what a gift it is to have a daddy like him.❤️

And behind so many things I’ve dreamed of doing, there he is. Listening to another idea, encouraging me to try, helping me figure it out. Being loved by someone who believes in you like that gives you courage.☺️

I tease him that we’re slowly turning into the same person. Our likes, our dreams, the things that make us happiest… a simple life, barefoot children running around, animals, a garden, home-cooked meals. More time outside and less time on our phones. Watching the sunrise or staying out for one more minute of a sunset. Time in God’s Word together. Holding hands. Lots of hugs.🌱🐄🪏☀️

I never could have pictured all of this 13 years ago. But I believe more than ever that God knew exactly who I needed when He gave me Chad. This life with him is more than I knew to ask for.

Chad, these have been the best 13 years of my life. I love being your wife, raising our children with you, and building a life with Jesus at the center. Even with a house full of people, you still make me feel like your favorite. 🤍

#DeonDerrico is raising concerns about his children’s safety amid his ongoing custody dispute with ex-wife #KarenDerrico.

According to TMZ’s reporting on court documents, Deon claims Karen has been spending time with a man who allegedly inappropriately touched one of their daughters when she was younger. He says he discovered journal entries in which his daughter described the alleged touching.

Deon claims he brought the issue to Karen’s attention, but she dismissed his concerns. He also told the court that 12 of their 14 children live with him.

The filing does not establish that the man is Karen’s boyfriend. At the time of the report, Karen had not responded to the latest allegations in court.

Karen has made allegations of her own regarding access to their children. In a separate filing, she claimed Deon prevented in-person contact beginning in April and cut off video contact in August. The former couple divorced in 2024, and their divorce judgment provided for joint legal custody.

The dispute also follows Karen’s June arrest in a separate case involving alleged threats against Deon and their children. She pleaded not guilty. Her attorney denied those allegations and accused Deon of fabricating the threatening emails.
