Nobody moves to Winter Park to shovel a driveway.
We all say we want land until it is the third storm in ten days and the mountain opened an hour ago.
This is the other version. Top floor, only three doors on the level, so no one above you and no one walking past. Three decks with mountain views. Quartz and walnut kitchen, redone in 2022. Ski locker downstairs, free shuttle stopping right outside, underground parking. It comes furnished.
You go ski. Somebody else plows.
