Stretch-eze®

One person initiates. Another responds. The movement travels, shifts, and becomes something new.

A human biotensegrity model with Stretcheze as we wrapped up our training! Adapting and responding in the moment. 💫

Movement becomes conversation. Connection becomes part of the practice. 🌀

Thank you @movementrevolution.az for hosting our Stretch-eze® training with @pilatesenergetix ❤️
