We’re in Taipei for our @stretcheze certification, and one of the best moments so far was an unexpected stop at an incredible outdoor gym atop Elephant Mountain.

We met some lovely locals who welcomed us into their workout, shared their moves, and showed us how it’s done! Such a beautiful reminder that movement brings people together, no matter where in the world we are. We came for the certification, but it’s these unexpected connections that make the journey special. by @pilatesenergetix

One person initiates. Another responds. The movement travels, shifts, and becomes something new.

A human biotensegrity model with Stretcheze as we wrapped up our training! Adapting and responding in the moment. 💫

Movement becomes conversation. Connection becomes part of the practice. 🌀

The Quonset is starting to look more like a home and less like a spaceship. What do you think? by @pilatesenergetix

Comparing yourself to a feed of fitness highlight reels is not good for the soul.

Coffee, play, and sunlight are genuinely solid things to prioritize. Keep an eye out for my upcoming retreats where we start the morning with real exercise.

Hope you enjoy the morning. by @pilatesenergetix

Sometimes it isn’t a cueing problem—it’s a mapping problem. 🧭
When the body doesn’t know where to go, more words rarely help. The Stretch-eze® creates a sensory map, giving the nervous system the information it needs to organize movement with greater ease and clarity. 💫
Sometimes the best cue isn’t another word... it’s a better sensation. 💚

I’ve been exploring more organic shapes, different equipment, and fresh movement possibilities—not to replace the classics, but to expand them.
Here’s a little glimpse into where my practice is heading. If you’d like to see more, let me know below. by @pilatesenergetix

Participants soaked up sensory feedback during In-person Stretch-eze training at The Nest in Boulder, Colorado this weekend!🤩
Cuing is a conversation with the body, not a command. 🤍
If you’d like to explore a connected way of cuing and sensing the body with Nigel Sampson of @pilatesenergetix we invite you to join us in beautiful Tucson, Arizona at @movementrevolution.az end of August!💫

Try a few of these exercises with your clients for the morning workout. The eyes orientate, the pelvis grounds and the spine glides.

It will give you a significant advantage for the real challenge of the day. by @pilatesenergetix
